Dominic Pavia and Patrick V. Agen both attended the ICSC Retail Convention in NYC for two days. The convention had a good upbeat attitude!

John Jweid of Pavia Real Estate Services sold 703-709 Columbia Street (602 Varick Street), Utica for $145,000. The building is 7,395 +/- SF and is in the heart of the Brewery District. Chris Fusillo purchased the building from the Nuccio family and plans to open a Hookah Bar. John represented both the buyer and seller.

Patrick Agen of Pavia Real Estate Services leased 1,500 SF retail space located at 4 Riverside Drive to Angela Aceto . Angela relocated her Salon and we wish her well!

Former car wash property on Route 12 in Boonville has been sold! John Jweid represented the buyer and Patrick Agen represented the seller. The buyer will be update the equipment and expects to resume washing cars as soon as possible. Pavia Real Estate wishes him well!!
